We have provided initial study of locality combined with typical unit mix in the community. We have also provide the client with recommendations on the pricing, sizing and rentals for the specific units, which allowed the Client to establish full cashflow analysis over a 10 year period.

Client: Prime Hospitality Developer

We have been engaged by an Large Hospitality Client, seeking to analyse the current Pricing strategy on a phased sale approach of their Luxury Real Estate assets in Dubai Marina and JBR. We were able to provide the client with substantial information on the current pricing and sizing of typical units and provide recommendation strategies to achieve these objectives. The final product resulted in achieving  over 40% in sales in first few weeks of the launch. We believe this is a success story.

We have been engaged by a large International Academy to carry out a HVAC inspection and testing of Auditorium Hall, Sports Hall, Elementary School building and Chilled Water Pump Room. We were able to provide the client  a detailed report with our findings to include identification of areas to inspect, testing and final commissioning.

We have been engaged by a Family Office to undertake a valuation of prime Hotel Apartment Block within Dubai. A brand new two-plot occupier block designed as a hotel apartment with retail outlets was a challenging project given lack of historic financials. We have analysed the projected financial along with AED per key metrics, combined with possible conversion to holiday home/short term rental arrangement to establish the asset potential.
