hometree is approved by the Dubai Land Department Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) to carry out valuations.
Federal Tax Authority (FTA) Approved
hometree is approved by the tax authority to do valuations for corporate tax reasons. Properties under company ownership need a valuation to have a record of capital gains tax. We are in position to help you in the Corporate Trax transition process.
