Valuation of freehold residential apartments and villas within all emirates including villa compounds and off-plan properties in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah.

We have capability to provide valuations of many types of Industrial and Commercial Plant and Machinery assets including Light and Heavy Vehicles, Marine and Aviation, construction equipment, chiller plant equipment, vessels, tankers, oil terminals located in UAE and wider GCC. We have been involved in wide range of valuations including auction and tender sale and strategic advice. We have been undertaking Valuations of Plant Machinery for the past 40 years in the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Pacific Islands, United Arab Emirates and GCC Region countries.

Building Condition and Energy Studies

Our respected building experts can support you with snagging services when the unit is being handed over. Similarly, a move in or move out report can help you identify damages as a tenant or landlord. Lastly, we provide MEP Testing and Validation  services  covering  all  of mechanical, electrical, plumbing services and HVAC systems  within  the  building within Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ajman. The detailed report is based on visual inspection to identify the component, testing of the component and rectifying the issue. This service provides an independent assessment if the building is being purchased, sold or leased fully. It allows you to identify the issues and set a maintenance program to rectify these issues.
